Solo, Cabinet, or Firm: what each plan includes
Every paid plan has the same features: Just, ICCJ, calendar, clients, timesheet, billing, projects, templates, iCal. Tiers differ on volume, not on access.
What every paid plan includes
Practice core — Just and ICCJ sync, firm calendar, clients, tasks, reminders, correspondence register, travel orders, CSV import/export — plus the features a firm actually pays monthly for: timesheet, the billing suite (drafts, retainers, expenses, e-Factura via Oblio, SmartBill, or native ANAF), projects and subprojects with preferential rates, Word .docx templates from the matter, iCal sync, and company registry monitoring. Invoicing is never an upsell.
What differs between tiers
Volume only: seats, active cases, party and company monitors, storage. Solo is sized for solo practice (one lawyer plus an assistant), Cabinet for small firms (up to 5), Firm for mid-sized ones (up to 15) — with unlimited active cases. The feature set is identical on every paid tier, company registry monitoring included.
What Free gives you
Free is the unpaid floor with tight quotas: cases and hearings stay visible, but no billing, timesheet, projects, templates, or iCal. After trial or cancel you land on Free — not on a forever-unpaid paid tier. Your data stays; the features return when you subscribe again.
How to choose
Start from volume, not features. How many active cases do you carry, how many colleagues work in the firm, how many parties do you want to monitor? On Firm, active cases are unlimited. You can start a cardless trial on any paid plan. Enterprise stays on request for large firms.
