Moving to LexAgenda from another tool

Most of the work is not an import at all. Your cases are already published on portal.just.ro, so they come across by searching your name — not by exporting anything from your old tool.

  1. 1

Bring the cases from the portal, not from your old software

Search portal.just.ro by your name or the firm's, tick the matters that are yours, and they arrive complete: number, court, parties, hearings. No export, no mapping, no waiting for a vendor. For a few dozen matters this takes minutes.

  2. 2

    Bring clients from a spreadsheet

Export your client list from your current tool (or open the spreadsheet you already keep) and save it as CSV. Headers in Romanian are fine — "Nume", "CUI / CNP", "Telefon", "E-mail", with or without diacritics. Anything we recognise maps itself; anything we do not is reported per row rather than silently dropped.

  3. 3

Add anything the portal does not have

Internal references, consultancy files, matters that never reached a court: the same CSV import takes them, with your own columns for title, reference and notes.

  4. 4

    Check before you commit

Every import shows you what it will create before it creates it, row by row, with duplicates flagged against what is already in the workspace. You can start on the free tier and keep your old tool running until you are satisfied.

About column names

We match headers the way a person reads them: diacritics, capitals, dots and underscores are ignored, so "Nr. dosar", "nr_dosar" and "NUMĂR DOSAR" are all the same column. Some headers look mappable but mean different things in different tools — "obiect", "stadiu", "client" — so we leave those to you rather than guessing and filing your data in the wrong field.

What does not come across

  • Documents and scans. Files stay where they are; you upload the ones you need per case.
  • Accounting history. We are not an accounting product — we connect to Oblio and SmartBill instead, or issue e-Factura directly through ANAF.
  • Invoices already issued elsewhere. Past invoices stay in the system that issued them; LexAgenda starts your series from where you tell it to.

Send us your export

If your current tool exports something we do not recognise, send us a sample (with names removed) and we will add the mapping and tell you when it is in. That is how presets get built here — from real files, not guesses at a competitor's format: support@lexagenda.ro.
