Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to LexAgenda, a B2B SaaS product operated by IT Union SRL (CUI RO35358991) for law firms and legal professionals. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
Using LexAgenda means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you accept on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization. LexAgenda is offered as a business service to organizations and professionals. Consumer-specific withdrawal or ANPC-style retail remedies do not apply to typical firm subscriptions; any statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
2. The service
LexAgenda provides case management, calendar, Just sync and party monitoring, reminders, and related tools for law firms (including billing and time tracking where your plan includes them). Features may change as we improve the product. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. LexAgenda is a productivity aid: it does not replace professional judgment, official citation, or court procedures.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your organization. Provide accurate registration details and keep access limited to authorized colleagues. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use LexAgenda in ways that violate applicable law or professional rules.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are priced in RON as shown on the site, excluding VAT (21% VAT applies where due). New organizations may start with a free trial as stated on the site; converting to a paid plan and collecting payment are handled through a payment processor we designate. Billing cycles, renewals, invoices, taxes, and cancellations follow the commercial terms presented at checkout and in billing settings, together with the payment processor’s applicable terms. Cancel anytime before the next renewal to stop further charges for that subscription. Fees already paid for a started billing period are generally non-refundable except where we state otherwise at purchase or where mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Third-party services and dependencies
LexAgenda depends on services and data sources we do not operate or control. These include, without limitation: • Portal JUST (portal.just.ro) and related Ministry of Justice / court systems, including SOAP/API query services (e.g. portalquery.just.ro), used for case sync, hearing updates, and party monitoring; • transactional email delivery; • object/file storage for case files when configured; • payment processing when you subscribe; • application hosting and infrastructure providers; • bot/abuse protection (CAPTCHA) on auth flows when configured; • optional product analytics and error/performance monitoring when configured; • optional in-app support chat when enabled for your deployment. LexAgenda is not responsible for outages, errors, delays, incomplete or inaccurate data, rate limits, API or interface changes, blocked messages, or other failures of these third parties — including when those issues affect LexAgenda features such as Just sync, reminders, notifications, billing, chat, or related workflows. Court and case information shown in LexAgenda is auxiliary and may lag or differ from official sources. You remain responsible for verifying critical dates, filings, and communications through official channels.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IT Union SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service — including lost profits, missed deadlines, lost data, or business interruption — whether caused by LexAgenda, by third-party dependencies described above, or by reliance on synced or displayed information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
