What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies (such as localStorage) may store preferences. They help the site keep you signed in, remember settings, and — when configured — support analytics and error monitoring.
Cookies we use
Essential — authentication, session and security. Bot/abuse protection on sign-in, registration, password reset, the public demo and the public case lookup is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set cookies or similar storage needed to verify you are not a bot. These do not depend on consent, as they are strictly necessary to deliver the service. Preferences — language, theme and your choices below (via localStorage). Product analytics — PostHog (EU-hosted), to understand how the product is used. It loads only after you accept and may set cookies or use local storage. Ad measurement — when we run Google Ads campaigns, so we know whether an ad led to a new account. We use Consent Mode: without your agreement Google receives a signal carrying no identifiers and no advertising cookies are stored. We do not run personalised advertising and do not build profiles about you. Error / performance monitoring — Sentry, when configured, for diagnostics and service availability. It does not build marketing profiles. Optional third parties — if in-app support chat (Crisp) is enabled for signed-in users, that provider may set its own cookies under its policies. We do not sell data and we do not use advertising cookies without your agreement.
