ICCJ matters in LexAgenda — beside portal.just, in the same flow
Import and keep ICCJ matters current via the scj.ro path, in the same calendar and files as other matters — included in practice core.
Why it matters
High Court matters do not live on the same channel as portal.just.ro. Firms with appeals or ICCJ cases need those hearings next to the rest of the calendar — not in a separate spreadsheet “for the Supreme Court”.
What LexAgenda does
You can search and link ICCJ matters, sync hearings, and keep the file in the same flow as portal.just cases. Party monitors cover ICCJ by default with “All courts”, or when you select that court alone — separate from watching firms by CUI or Trade Register application, which is on every paid plan. Everything Just/ICCJ-related is practice core, on every tier.
Official-channel verification
ICCJ sync is an organization aid: hearings land in the firm calendar. When stakes are high, still check scj.ro, the court’s electronic file, and official service — data may lag or differ from the official source.
How plans fit
ICCJ is practice core on every plan. Paid tiers differ only on quotas — seats, cases, monitors, storage — while Free has no timesheet, billing, templates, or iCal.
