Watching firms via the Trade Register — CUI and RC applications

Separate from Just party monitoring
Party monitors watch hits on portal.just.ro and ICCJ (included with “All courts”, or when you pick that court). A filing at the National Trade Register Office and a company’s status on the ONRC portal are a different channel: CUI, application number, registration steps. LexAgenda keeps them separate so court work does not mix with Trade Register work.
What you track in practice
You can add a company monitor by CUI or by Trade Register application number. The worker checks the ONRC portal on business days and notifies you when status changes — useful while you wait for a registration, a mention, or an update you would otherwise refresh by hand.
Official-channel verification
Portal tracking is an organization aid for the firm: it notifies you when status changes. When stakes are high, confirm with official documents, a Trade Register extract, and ONRC channels — data may lag or differ from the official source.
