Firm timesheet: matter and project time for the team
See billable time across the firm, filter by lawyer, client, matter, or project (contract for the work), and move to a draft in the same flow — on every paid plan.
When hours sit scattered
When each lawyer keeps hours separately, month-end becomes reconciliation. Matter or project context is missing, the wrong client lands on a line, or internal time mixes with billable work.
What you see in LexAgenda
Timesheet gathers the firm’s time entries. You can filter by lawyer, client, matter, and project (including multi-select) to see load before invoicing. Parallel timers on a case, client, or project feed the same entries — you can save time without a case when it is attributed to a project. Preferential rates live on the project; attributed time feeds drafts. Projects are on every paid plan.
Tied to billing
Unbilled billable time becomes drafts under Billing. You confirm which hours go on the invoice. Timesheet and billing are included on every paid plan, Solo included.
Who it helps
Firms with several lawyers or assistants who want a shared picture of time — on a matter or on the client’s project/mandate — before e-Factura and before the fee conversation.
