Office deadlines deserve the same place in the shared calendar as portal hearings — otherwise they stay in chat and disappear.

A hearing on portal.just.ro is visible. An internal deadline — client reply, filing, post-hearing follow-up — often stays in messages and personal notes. When the office is busy, those are the first to vanish.
