Internal due dates: as easy to miss as a court hearing
Office due dates deserve the same place in the shared calendar as portal hearings — otherwise they stay in chat and disappear.
Court is not the only pressure
A hearing on portal.just.ro is visible. An internal due date — client reply, filing, post-hearing follow-up — often stays in messages and personal notes. When the office is busy, those are the first to vanish.
How it looks in LexAgenda
Create a Task with a due date (on the case, from the firm Tasks list, or from Calendar). It shows on the firm calendar next to Just / ICCJ hearings. From Tasks, filter Overdue, Has due date, or Due soon — office due dates sit beside court hearings in the same flow.
Clarity on the matter
A Task without context is hard to prioritize. When it links to a case (and client), the team sees why the due date matters — not only a free slot in a personal calendar.
Limits we state clearly
Organization tools do not replace firm discipline. LexAgenda does not guarantee a filing is ready or that someone checked official channels. The office still assigns ownership and confirms critical dates.
