From matter time to invoice — without double entry
Start timers on a matter or project, save time, prepare the draft, and issue the fiscal invoice through Oblio, SmartBill, or ANAF when your firm is connected.
The usual situation
Time lives in a spreadsheet, the invoice in other software, e-Factura in a third. At month-end someone reconciles — and sometimes an hour or a client is missing.
What LexAgenda does
On every paid plan you can run parallel timers on matters, clients, or projects, save billable time (including without a case when attributed to a project), and draft invoices from work already tied to the client, from flat fees, or from recurring monthly retainers. When you connect Oblio, SmartBill, or native ANAF, you can issue the fiscal invoice and follow e-Factura status from the office flow — on your firm’s fiscal account. Only one fiscal provider can be active.
Oblio, SmartBill, and ANAF, briefly
Oblio and SmartBill remain familiar paths: your own account, fiscal series, send to e-Factura. Native ANAF in LexAgenda uses OAuth (logincert) and LexAgenda series — without storing the firm’s PFX certificate in the app. You remain responsible for fiscal data and the setup you choose.
Who it helps
Firms that want time and billing next to matters. Free keeps cases under watch and the calendar; every paid plan includes the billing flow, with a fiscal provider optional when you are ready.
